Holidays mean that you might just have to think about winter fruit salad fruits! Things like pomegranate, pears, cranberries, grapefruit, oranges, apples–now those are some amazing fruits that we can use to create holiday salads. 

Christmas Salads

Christmas salads may be frequently related to cranberries and apples. And, these are perfect for pairing with fresh greens like spinach, arugula and then, of course, celery, nuts and oranges. 

Salads with Pomegranate

Did you know that pomegranate is a shrub? Well, this fruit from the shrub makes wonderful healthy holiday salads! 

Pomegranate is full of antioxidants and one in particular is plentiful That’s the antioxidant polyphenols. These can reverse atherosclerosis as well as vascular inflammation. And, it lowers blood pressure. You’ll want to drink pomegranate juice to see some of these benefits after a few weeks.
