Really appreciate your being here~You should know~
Each day I awake I cook and write in order to keep content fresh here at Ally’s Kitchen. As a food blogger, there are guidelines that I must abide by~~full transparency is important, so when you comment, read, share and more, you have full understanding. I’m a home cook—not a trained professional chef who attended culinary school, health/medically trained, exercise physiologist, yoga instructor, a certified/trained nutritionist, etc.—I’m not an authority on any type of kind of food, like gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, etc., or health/wellness care. I am a trained educator/school psychologist.
I share my tips, ideas and experiences on life, lifestyle, living, eating and more from my perspective. If you have health and wellness challenges and concerns and wonder about food, eating, ingredients, cooking techniques and other things, then by all means, discuss this with your medical doctor or a related professional. Ally’s Kitchen is not responsible for those decisions you make of your own free will.
Sharing Photos Recipes & Other Posts/Videos~
Virtually all of the photos you see here are mine meaning I have taken the picture and own the rights to it. If I use others’ photos, you bet I’ll credit them—I know how laborious, expensive and time-consuming this work is and this form of ‘pirateering’ is just unacceptable. The same applies to my recipes—I create them and test them, and if my palate or my food seekers’ palates (aka, food testers), then I’ll share them on the website. My inspiration for recipe development comes from so many sources and avenues, it’s impossible to list them all—just know that I even dream food.
• If you share anything from Ally’s Kitchen on social media or in real life, I expect an acknowledgement and a link back to this website from yours. Contacting me in advance of the sharing is considerate and appreciated.

Prizes & Giveaways~
On occasion Ally’s Kitchen will offer giveaways or collaborate with other food bloggers in a team giveaway. If you decide to enter, you give me the right to contact you through the email account you leave and/or other social media networks that are listed for the giveaway. You can always remove your email, if you prefer. Ally’s Kitchen announces the winner via selected procedures. If there are other specifics relative to a giveaway, this information will be stated for the particular event.
This website has to make money to stay afloat. That means you’ll see ads on the website—these ads are placed by affiliate links (Adsense, Amazon, XXXX, XXX). Like any business, Ally’s Kitchen has costs associated with running this business, which is a South Carolina LLC. These ads do not influence my content. If you click on these ads and/or if you make a purchase, then I do earn a very small commission.
• If you’d like to learn more about advertising opportunities, please contact me at [email protected]
• I do work with Dole Packaged Products as a Social Media Ambassador—a full disclosure is below.
• Some of the advertisements you will see on this website are not affiliate links; I will not endorse anything unless it is compatible with the AK brand and is something I feel is worthy.
Thanks for taking time to read this, and, what’s most important, many thanks for your support—I know there are tens of thousands of food bloggers in the intergalactic universe that you can follow, and I’m honored that you’re here with me~~

As the ‘Social Media Ambassador’ (SMA) for Dole Packaged Foods, LLC (“Dole”), I am compensated for creating some of the Dole-inspired recipes and blog posts that you find on my website. I share these recipes and posts associated with my SMA responsibilities on my website and the social media including Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Google+ and SnapChat. The recipes and blog posts that I create, also known as my Bohemian Bold thinking.fooding.living™ culinary artistry and ‘magic carpet’ adventures in life, are all of my own volition, and the opinions are solely my own.
As part of my work as a SMA and the related recipes/blog posts, I promote the use of Dole Packaged Foods’ products. When you come to my website, on your own free will, you will be advised in posts that are connected with my Dole work. I will also provide links back to the Dole website at times, and, if you choose to go there, it’s because it’s your decision and not mine. If you decide to purchase Dole products, you are doing so because you have made this decision independent of my recipes, blog posts, love of Ally and/or my website.
