Valentine’s Day is a chance for you to show how much you care. And, there’s no better way to communicate ‘love’ than through food. This love interest can be a special someone or ‘someoneS’ as in plural. Yes, it could be a V-Day dinner you host for girlfriends, friends, couples, or your family!

My 75 year old self relies upon challenges to gauge my performance. And, to keep me fit.

It`s one heckuva fabulous meal that`s cooked the old-fashioned way, in the oven.

It heartedly fed 4 adults and 2 children. And, there was enough broth/gravy leftover to use as a starter for a tasty vegetable soup the next day!
