On each nann bread square, dollop about one teaspoon of whipped cream cheese. On each square, fold over a salmon square and secure into the cream cheese. Put on each square, securing into the cream cheese so as not to fall off, a radish, carrot and cucumber round. Top off each square with some fresh dill.
