Dole Dippers
If you haven’t tried Dole Sunshine’s dippers, then, wowzeeeeeee, you are missing a great product. Honestly, it’s genius. Bites of fresh fruit, strawberries, pineapple, and bananas dipped in 67% pure cacao. Nothing artificial here.

banana coconut waffle s’mores
Ingredients
- Two waffle cone bowls
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 sleeve Dole Sunshine banana dippers, see notes below
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup 70%! chocolate, chopped into pieces
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Vanilla Ice Cream, optional
Instructions
- Turn oven to broil with rack about 10-12" from broiler.
- In each waffle cone, put equal amounts of the fresh sliced banana, banana dippers, coconut and chocolate chunks.
- Place the waffle bowls on a cookie sheet and under the broiler for about 3 minutes just to gently warm/melt the chocolate.
- Remove from oven, Top with mini marshmallows. Put back in the oven under the broiler and toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
- Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, optional!
Notes
Dole Sunshine Banana Dippers can be found at most grocery stores in the frozen section.
Get creative and substitute fresh or frozen pineapple chunks for the bananas.
