Greek Chicken
If you love meals that taste like they simmered all day but only require a few effortless steps, this Easy Greek Chicken Bake is your new go-to. With juicy chicken, tender Yukon potatoes, sweet onions, fresh tomatoes, olives, oregano, and a generous crumble of feta, this dish delivers big Mediterranean flavor with very little work. Plus, it’s packed with nutrients—bone broth, lean protein, heart-healthy olive oil, and antioxidant-rich veggies—making it a balanced, wholesome dinner you’ll want on repeat.
This recipe uses your exact ingredients and bakes everything together in one pan, which means minimal prep, almost no cleanup, and a meal that practically cooks itself.
Greek Seasoning
Traditional Greek seasoning leans on oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper—simple ingredients that deliver huge flavor. Oregano is known for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, and garlic supports heart health and immunity. And, we’re going to throw in crumbled feta cheese that gives this dish a truly athentic Greek flair!
By seasoning both the vegetables and chicken with this classic blend, you ensure every bite is bright, aromatic, and authentically Mediterranean.
Greek Chicken and Potato
Chicken and potatoes are a classic pair in Greek home cooking. As they roast together, the potatoes absorb the juices from the chicken, bone broth, and olive oil, becoming tender and unbelievably flavorful. Yukon potatoes are rich in potassium and fiber, supporting heart health and digestion.
Pairing protein with slow-digesting carbohydrates also helps keep you fuller longer—ideal for family meals or meal prep.
Quick Greek Chicken
Even though this dish tastes complex, it’s quick and easy to prepare. The vegetables are roughly chopped, the chicken is seasoned in seconds, and the broth and olives do the heavy lifting. Everything goes into one roasting pan—no separate skillet, no babysitting, no complicated steps.
Just season, pour, bake, and let the oven do the rest.
Bonus: Leftovers reheat beautifully, making it a perfect make-ahead meal.
