Chewy Protein Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
- 2 scoops Flav City All in One Brownie Batter Protein Smoothie Powder
- 1/2 cup 70%+ cacao chocolate, chopped or chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, and hazelnut butter. Mix until smooth.
Fold in protein powder and chopped chocolate. - Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30 to 36 minutes. Or until a toothpick basically comes clean from the center.
- Remove from oven. Use a butter knife to go around the edges to further release. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and enjoy!



Can u substitute almond or peanut butter instead of hazelnut?
