You can boost your immune system with certain liquids and ingredients. For instance, apple cider vinegar, about a tablespoon, can be mixed with 8 ounces of water and it is a way to encourage the growth of good gut bacterial.

Another ingredients good for your immune system is turmeric. It’s a natural healer in overall health.

If you’re experience these things, especially more often than not, you may need replenishing of your electrolytes.

Immunity Booster Mocktails

I love drinking this martini mocktail almost daily. Why? Well, because just through natural sweating and exercise and exertion we’re losing vital minerals in our body, potassium, magnesium. And, when you’re under the weather, like flu or a cold, you also can lose vital electrolytes.

So, for me, having this immunity defense martini mocktail is a daily ritual to boost my health.

And, the only reason it’s a ‘martini’ is because I love to shake it in a martini shaker and get a little frothy going!
