What is Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone filling, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Its name means “pick me up,” thanks to the caffeine kick from espresso.

How to Make Tiramisu

What are the basics of making the tiramisu?

Whip together your ricotta cheese, mascarpone and vanilla.

Make your hot coffee.

First layer of lady fingers, drizzle coffee (about half of it), the whipped mixture, a drizzle of honey.

Second layer of lady fingers. Remaining coffee drizzled on lady fingers. Sprinkling of Everyday Dose coffee. Drizzle of honey. Powdered cacao.

Cover and refrigerate.
